Hasan Ismayilov

He was born in 1989 in Babek district.

In 2007, he was admitted to the specialty of "Jurisprudence" at the faculty of "Social Management and Law" of Nakhchivan State University, and graduated with honors in 2011.

He began his career in 2012 as a chief adviser at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In April 2014, he was appointed as a lawyer in the Administrative Organization Department of "Nakhchivanbank" Open Joint Stock Company.

In 2017-2019, he worked as the head of the General Affairs and Human Resources Sector, and later as the head of the General Affairs and Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

By the Order of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic dated May 27, 2019, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. From January 10, 2023, he temporarily executed the duties of the Minister of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

By the Order of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic dated July 16, 2024, he was appointed Minister of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in "Social Work in Various Fields of Life".

He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.

He is married and has two children.
