Nakhchivan City Finance Department conducted training on budget forecasting and implementation of the Budget Information Management System (IOM)

On April 14, the City of Nakhchivan City Finance Department held a training on budget forecasting and implementation of the Budget Information Management System (IOM). The training was attended by employees of Housing Authorities of Nakhchivan City working in the field of accounting. The main objective of the training was to prepare budget forecast documents for the relevant organizations for 2026 and the following three years and to explain the rules for the development of these documents to the IOM in accordance with the legislation. The employees of the Ministry of Finance, Mammadnaghi Akbarov and Samir Haziyev, made important points about the implementation of the system and at the end, the preparation of the forecast documents was demonstrated in practical form and the questions of the participants were answered in detail.
