Electronic Budget Guide portal launched

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan has launched the e-budget.maliyye.gov.az (Electronic Budget Guide) portal to ensure broader public participation in budget processes, increase transparency and operational efficiency, form a single information base, as well as expand the implementation of digital solutions in budget processes. The new portal provides centralized collection and management of information on public and summary budgets, being an integral part of institutional and digital reforms implemented in the field of public finance management. Through the Electronic Budget Guide, budget policy principles, budget process, legislation, overview and forecast indicators of government budgets, revenue and expenditures, expenditures on functional and economic classifications of the government budget, budget programs and other key financial indicators, as well as expenditures related to public debt and debt management, are presented in a structured and comprehensible form.
