Five other Ministry of Finance employees succeeded in the PMS Phase I exam

The results of the Certificate of Professional Accountant (PMS) examination were announced by the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 20, 2025. Five more employees of the Ministry of Finance of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan passed the exam successfully. Four of them achieved high results for the International Standards of Accounting (ISMUBS) for the Public Sector and one for the International Standards of Financial Reporting (MHBS). This achievement is indicative of the numerous trainings organized at the Ministry of Finance of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan aimed at enhancing the professional knowledge and skills of employees, and is also an important contribution to ensuring transparency, accountability and efficient financial management due to the application of international standards.
