Students of Nakhchivan State University have begun their internship at the Ministry of Finance.

Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Nakhchivan State University in the specialty "Accounting" began their internship at the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. A meeting was held with the students on the first day of the internship. The meeting was attended by Hasan Ismayilov, the Minister of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, heads of relevant structural divisions of the Ministry's Office, and students. The Minister of Finance, welcoming the students, wished them success in their internship. It was noted that internship is of great importance in terms of applying the theoretical knowledge acquired by students during their higher education in a practical environment, forming professional skills, and preparing them for future work. During his speech, the Minister recommended that students continuously improve their knowledge and skills in their specialties, actively participate in the internship, and approach the assigned tasks responsibly. During the meeting, the students were provided with detailed information about the directions of activity, structure, role in the budget-finance system, as well as the working principles of the structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It was noted that the training of professional personnel in the field of accounting, financial control, budget process and financial discipline is one of the urgent requirements of the day. Finally, it was stated that the students will be closely acquainted with the activities of the relevant structural units of the Ministry within the framework of the internship program and will further improve their practical knowledge and skills in the field of accounting and finance by participating in the work process.
