The National Assembly has adopted the bill on the execution of the 2025 state budget

On June 30, the bill "On the execution of the 2025 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan" was put to a vote and adopted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the third reading. During the discussions, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sahil Babayev, addressed issues raised by deputies regarding the formation of budget revenues, the development of the non-oil sector, the execution of budget expenditures, social protection, healthcare, and other areas, and answered questions posed to him. According to the adopted law, the consolidated budget revenues for 2025 amounted to 48 billion manats and expenditures to 44.7 billion manats; specifically, state budget revenues totaled 39.2 billion manats, state budget expenditures stood at 38.6 billion manats, and the state budget surplus amounted to 580 million manats.
