Before writing the text, it is important to answer the prescribed form correctly.

The text must be written in the alphabet of the language in which it is written, it should not be written entirely in upper or lower case letters, it should be divided into sentences, and the rules for using punctuation marks should be followed.

The application should be written in clear and fluent sentences.

Rules of ethics should be followed when applying. The application will not be answered if impolite expressions are used or if the author does not provide accurate information about himself.

The time of sending electronic data from one source is limited to 1-5 minutes depending on the server load.

The text of the electronic application should not exceed 1500 characters.

There should be no attached files in the electronic application.
