Rules for writing a letter to the Ministry of Finance of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
BEFORE SENDING AN ELECTRONIC APPLICATION TO THE ADDRESS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC, PLEASE READ THE RULES:
Electronic appeals submitted through the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic are received, registered and considered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1308-IVQ dated 30 September 2015 “On Citizens’ Appeals” and the “Rules for Conducting Records Management Related to Citizens’ Appeals in State and Municipal Bodies, Legal Entities Owned by the State or Municipality or Whose Controlling Interest (Shares) Belongs to the State or Municipality, and Budget Organizations”, approved by Decree No. 950 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 23 June 2016.
It is important that the provided form is answered correctly before writing the text.
The text must be compiled with the alphabet of the language in which it is written, it should not be written entirely in uppercase or lowercase letters, divided into sentences, and the rules of using punctuation marks must be followed.
The appeal must be written in clear and fluent sentences.
Ethics rules must be observed when applying. The appeal is not answered if impolite expressions are used or the author does not provide accurate information about themselves.

The text of the electronic application must not exceed 1500 characters.
There should be no attached files in the electronic application. Letters with long text, copies of documents, photographs, and other permitted attachments should be sent to the E-mail of the Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic: info@nmaliyye.gov.az or by regular mail to this address: 21 Jalil Mammadguluzadeh Street, AZ 7000, Nakhchivan City, Ministry of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
