President Ilham Aliyev's visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on August 11 this year, and the important Decree that followed, established a qualitative new stage of development in the socio-economic life of the region. With the realization of the Zangezur Corridor, unblocked and transformed into an international transport-logistics and green energy hub, modern infrastructure is being built in Nakhchivan, and agrarian reforms and a new management model are being introduced in a consistent manner.
